- No more 3am snacks.....
- Eating lots of fruit which are 0 points for Weight Watchers
- Making good decisions....and cooking different...
- My only cheating has been PB crackers...and I think I over compensating with points for that. So, maybe not cheating after all.
- Started a little low impact exercise on Saturday....
- I have noticed the kool aid has stayed in the fridge which means I'm drinking it and not him.
- Only grapefruit juice and water since last Saturday...
Change!
