Making A Change With My Eating Habits



  • No more 3am snacks.....
  • Eating lots of fruit which are 0 points for Weight Watchers
  • Making good decisions....and cooking different...
  • My only cheating has been PB crackers...and I think I over compensating with points for that. So, maybe not cheating after all.
  • Started a little low impact exercise on Saturday....
  • I have noticed the kool aid has stayed in the fridge which means I'm drinking it and not him.
  • Only grapefruit juice and water since last Saturday...

Change!
