Making Progress


It seems like I am losing weight. Tomorrow is the moment of truth. I hope it proves I am heading in the right direction. This weeks goals are:


  • increase exercise
  • replace peanut butter crackers with something else....eating to many of those
  • purchase the lean cuisines I like so I don't have to struggle with what I want to eat. make it simple....
  • do more cooking for the house so they don't starve. He is not ready to make an adjustment in eating habit like I am....
