New Weight Loss



I lost another 2 lbs. I was a little disappointed by that. But, there were a lot of things going on with my body. And, I wore this denim outfit when I weighed in. Not good. But, hopefully that means a better result for next week.

Now, it's 32 points instead of 34 points. But, that 's cool. That means success and I haven't been anywhere near those latter points anyway.

There are a lot of goals in place here. It's not just to look better but, to feel better.

My workout regiment is better also. I have been consistent with the 30 minute home workout. I feel better every time I do it.

It's also over 3 weeks since any fast food, beverages besides grapefruit juice and water. I may incorporate tea sweetened artificially.

Overall, I am pleased.
